Hotel as a whole is nicely designed, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The venue is reasonably spacious and clean with a reasonable value and efficient and knowledgeable stuff. Whatever you need is this contemporary and large room with soap provided and computers, as for instance. A good restaurant at 4 floor is available. The hotel provides a superb service...

Had a fine stay, the hotel is well-designed.
Everything was modern, helpful staff, magnificent views oF THE VALLEY AND CLEAR WATER. We had a well priced and good sized room with clean bathroom, that's big plus. The location was comfortable for traveling around Hong Kong, not far from popular tourist spots like Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, and Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui and the city centre.

No complaints, the hotel met what we needed. Loved our very pleasant stay with immense value. Everything was very good, the room was well priced and brand-new with free WiFi, soap, basic toiletries. The staff was knowledgeable, smart, and responded promptly to requests. The location was comfy, just a short stroll away from Youth Square.
Nothing, no complaints at all!

The hotel was recently refurbished, and fairly clean, and the location was perfectly comfortable and really handy outside of the main tourist area. Really enjoyed the room with basic toiletries, my bed was large. It had an electronic safe, free wireless internet access, and a balcony if needed. Location: the property was right by Chai Wan, at the eastern end of the island line, a great subway station and shopping center, and Shek O, Stanley, Big Wave Bay and Cape D'Aguilar. The service was great and the food was amazing: )

Newly remodelled hotel with huge rooms, beautiful views oF THE VALLEY AND CLEAR WATER. Favourable, perfect location in Hong Kong, close to Shek O, Stanley, Big Wave Bay and Cape D'Aguilar, and a bridge. Also, in the Chai Wan district.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious - definitely exceeded my expectations for a hostel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the MTR and plenty of dining options in the nearby mall. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe offering a wider variety of options.

Mtr- Public fast train transit system close by. Take elevator down, to 2nd floor, walk through public open art gallery, cross overpass and into mall. Follow signs to mtr. This is the Last stop (or first depending how you look at it) typically provides a seat on a typically full train. A seat on the train and being close to transit is important to me because of my limited mobility issues. Free Wi-Fi - Some hotels just do not offer it. Big rooms - The rooms are big, there are no double beds but compared to other hotels, the rooms are twice as big. The people at Y-Loft are friendly (Pink shirt staff) There is security around the premise to ensure guests are safe and check for hotel cards Shower Pressure - High pressure and hot water! Shower stall - Big and not joined with the toilet as in some other hotels
The location is away from the busy tourist areas, so be prepared for a 20 minute train ride back from Central or Admiralty station. The toilet is small with the walls close - a claustraphobic feeling There are no food or cosmetic items offered by other hotels (the price I felt should offer some basics) There was shampoo but no tea / coffee, toothbrush, shower cap, slippers, sewing kit etc)

Ambiance and the help from the staff as and when required,
The basic facilities like they had provided kettle for hot water but no tea bags etc.It is so very inconvenient for people like me to get the basic like tea in the morning and I dont really think that it is such a big expense may they can limit to couple of Tea Bags per day per room, I have travelled world over and stayed in all sorts of hotels but never had such problem. Rest most of the facilities etc. were at par with any good 3/4 star rated hotels. And may be a small microwave would be really appreciable in the rooms may be on request. And water cooler on each floor etc. would be great help to people like me since it is so inconvenient at times you are thirsty and you have to rush to market to get water since the Tap water is not drinkable. please make amend in your policies for these things. I would still recommend Y-Loft to business travellers.

We loved the hotel's convenient location near the train station and right next to a shopping mall, which made transportation and shopping incredibly easy. The rooms were spacious and clean, with great hotel facilities such as a laundry room. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
All was good.

Chai Wan may seemed a bit far if you look at the MTR map, but in fact it's very convenient going from here to everywhere else while Stanley is very close to Chai Wan. The rooms are clean and fresh and roomy and considering the price I got from Booked.net it was excellent value. The room service forgot to change the towels once but once I told them the situation they respond to it right away. Good service!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided excellent service and made me feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently located right by the MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. I also appreciated the option for a double bed, as not all hotels provide that. this hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were absolutely fine.

This hotel is a hidden gem at the end of the Island Line MTR, just a short walk from the station. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, offering great value for money. The staff are friendly, with good English skills, and the basic amenities provided, including toiletries and breakfast, make for a comfortable stay.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
